If Possible, Email & Text Communication is Best

In general, the amount of email and text appointments have increased over the years because it’s very convenient. Being a small family business with typically one person handling communication it gets difficult to be physically on phone calls most of the day with young kids at home. Like other businesses, customer service isn’t as 9-5 as it used to be, email & text allows communication within alternate hours. If calling is still the best form of communication for you, we’re still very happy to talk to you, it just might take a little extra time to connect.
